Kenya and Djibouti in Stoush for United Nations Security Council Seat

The claims and counterclaims made by Kenya and Djibouti as each attempts to secure the sole non-permanent Africa Group seat becoming available on the UN Security Council are undermining the credibility of both countries and, potentially, the ability to address important regional issues.
